Attorneys Markku Fredman, Ulf Månsson and Jussi Sarvikivi are the Partners at Fredman and Månsson. Attorney Tiina Haapa-aho and Attorney Maija Häyrinen work as Associate Counsels. Our firm primarily handles civil, criminal and administrative cases for private clients. The majority of the civil cases concern family law (child abduction, custody, visiting rights, maintenance and property division, as well as estates). The greatest part of the administrative cases concern immigration and naturalization. We also have notable experience in European Arrest Warrant and extradition cases.
The firm employs Ms. Mirja Kyllönen as Office Manager and Ms. Amanda Luostarinen as Secretary. Ms. Jessica Hydén, Ms. Mirjam Scheinin and Mr. Toni Pörsti work as part-time Paralegals. The office serves customers in Finnish, Swedish and English. Assignments in Swedish are handled by Mr. Ulf Månsson and Mr. Jussi Sarvikivi. All the lawyers handle assignments in English.
